Phoebe Erickson

American author and illustrator. Many of the books she has written and/or illustrated are animal stories. She has illustrated famous works such as Black Beauty and Bambi's Children, and also illustrated her own stories. Two of the books both written and illustrated by her are pony stories.

Collector's Info:
Wildwing is an easy title to find in the USA, although it is not seen in the UK very often. However it is often sold so cheaply that buying it from America will not prove that costly even with postage added. Black Penny is less common, but still fairly easy to find in the USA.
